Americanah

I wrote a 14 page essay on this book, so it has a special place in my heart. Even after the months I spent complaining about it, I still love the novel. Adichie- whose voice you may recognize from Beyoncé’s song, Flawless, is a powerful woman who (in my personal opinion) can do no wrong, wrote Americanah about a fiercely independent main character who struggles through immigration to America.
