What a fun book to read! Told entirely through documents, this book was a mystery in two ways. Firstly, it is a mystery in itself as Bernadette, the mother and main character, disappeared. Secondly, it is another kind of scavenger hunt to piece together all the emails and letters to figure out who is who. Bernadette is a very quirky woman struggling to find her place in her new home of Seattle when she disappears. It is up to her daughter, fabulously named Balakrishna, and her husband, to find her. I was not bored for one second throughout this whole book and I even recommended it to a friend after I read it! This book is perfect for anyone looking for a hint of both mysteriousness and fun.
